Return
Can I return my order?
Yes, that is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, you have the option to return them within either 30 days from the purchase date or 14 days after receipt, whichever period is longer.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components and packaging as
received by the customer.
2. Normal handling of the product is recognizable, excluding breakage due to careless handling.
3. Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. A return will be processed within 7 business days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within that period.

*We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, here is what you need to do to initiate the
return process.

Make sure the email contains the following:

Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product in case of breakage
First name and surname of the customer
Address of the customer

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return shipment to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you have requested it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their professional activity:

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible after the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Adam Louvel) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Record for shipments in transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transport times may occur, over which we have no influence. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation.

In order to ensure that you receive your refund as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, except for delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement and receipt of the goods. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
